OFFICIAL RULES
THIS PROMOTION IS INTENDED FOR PLAY IN THE 50 UNITED STATES AND DISTRICT OF COLUMBIA ONLY AND WILL BE GOVERNED BY U.S. LAW. DO NOT ENTER IF YOU ARE NOT ELIGIBLE AND LOCATED IN THE UNITED STATES AT THE TIME OF ENTRY. ELIGIBILITY: NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT NECESSARY TO ENTER OR CLAIM PRIZE. A PURCHASE WILL NOT IMPROVE YOUR ODDS OF WINNING. Open to individual, legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia, who are 13 years of age and older at time of entry. Employees of Arizona Beverages USA LLC ("Sponsor"), Mpire Creative, participating retailer(s) and each of their respective parents, successors and assigns, bottlers, subsidiaries and affiliates; employees of advertising, promotion and public relations agencies involved in any way with this Sweepstakes; and members of the immediate family (spouse, parents, siblings and children and their spouses) or persons living within the same household of any of such individuals are not eligible to participate or win a prize. Void outside the United States and where prohibited. By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules.
HOW TO ENTER: The Sweepstakes begins at 12:00:01 AM (EDT) on 8/27/12 and ends at 11:59:59 PM (EDT) on 11/2/12 (the "Promotion Period"). There are two (2) ways to enter the Sweepstakes during the Promotion Period: 1) In participating 7-Eleven® stores and other stores where the product may be made available, using your Smartphone, scan the Quick Response ("QR") code located on specially-marked 20th Anniversary Cherry Lime Rickey 23 oz. cans and click on the link to complete an online mobile entry or 2) To enter without purchase, visit www.arizona20years.com and click on the Official Rules link to complete and submit the online entry form. To enter via Smartphone entrant must have a QR Code reader app installed on his/her Smartphone and have wireless service. Standard data rates may apply. Regardless of method of entry, all entries must be received by 11:59:59 PM (EDT) on 11/2/12. Limit: one (1) entry per email address. For purposes of this Sweepstakes, a "Week" begins at 12:00:01 AM (EDT) on Monday and ends the following Sunday at 11:59:59 PM (EDT) except for Week 10 which begins 10/29/12 and ends 11/2/12. Released Parties (as defined below) are not responsible for late, lost, damaged, incomplete, inaccurate, delayed or misdirected entries or for computer or cell phone system, hardware, software or program malfunctions, or other errors, failures in computer transmissions or network connections that are human or technical in nature. Automated methods of entry are prohibited.
PRIZES: Weekly Prize Drawing(s): Beginning on or about Monday 9/3/12 and ending 11/5/12, a Weekly random drawing will be conducted for 10 Weeks (each Monday during the Promotion Period) by an independent judging organization, from all eligible entries received from the previous Week. Prizes will be awarded as follows: One (1) Weekly First Prize: Two (2) cases of Arizona Iced Tea and a mini fridge. Approximate Retail Value ("ARV") $250.00 ea. Two (2) Weekly Second Prizes: an Arizona Iced Tea Swag Bag with items as specified by Sponsor. ARV: $100.00 ea. Limit: one (1) Weekly Prize per person for the entire Promotion Period. Non-winning Weekly entries will be carried over for the drawing the following Week and will also be included in the Grand Prize drawing. Odds of winning a Weekly prize are dependent on the number of eligible entries received. Grand Prize Drawing: On or about 11/6/12, a random drawing will be conducted by an independent judging organization, from all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period to award One (1) Grand Prize: a 2012 "Arizona Iced Tea" Jeep® Wrangler with standard features outfitted with Arizona Iced Tea decals ("Vehicle"), a one (1) year supply of Arizona Iced Tea (as specified by Sponsor), a mini fridge and an Arizona Iced Tea Swag Bag with items as specified by Sponsor. ARV: $25,600. Ten Thousand (10,000) First Prizes: an Arizona Iced Tea Key Chain. ARV: $2.95 ea. If the actual Vehicle costs less than the stated ARV, Winner is not entitled to the difference in cash. Color, accessories and other features of Vehicle to be specified by Sponsor. Vehicle will be awarded as provided by Sponsor; additional factory options are not available. Grand prize winner is solely responsible for local sales tax, title, license and registration fees and must accept Vehicle "as is" or prize will be forfeited. Grand Prize winner (or winner's parent/legal guardian if winner is a minor) must have a valid U.S. driver's license and provide evidence of insurance at time of delivery; and must take delivery as specified by Sponsor. Any other unspecified expenses are the sole responsibility of the prize Winner. Sponsor does not make, nor in any manner is responsible or liable for any warranty, representation or guarantee, express or implied, in fact or in law, relative to the Vehicle including but not limited to its quality, fitness for purpose or mechanical condition. Vehicle shown in any promotional materials is for illustration purposes only; actual Vehicle awarded may vary. Winner may choose a cash prize in lieu of Vehicle in the amount of $20,000. Cash in lieu will be awarded in the form of a check payable in the name of the winner. Total ARV of all prizes: $59,600.00. Odds of winning a prize will be determined by the number of eligible entries received. No substitution, assignment or transfer of prize(s) permitted by winner(s). All prizes will be awarded provided a sufficient number of eligible entries are received.
GENERAL CONDITIONS: Winners will be notified by express and/or US Mail or phone and Grand Prize winner (or his/her parent/legal guardian, if winner is a minor in his/her jurisdiction) will be required to complete, sign and return an Affidavit of Eligibility, a Liability Release, and a Publicity Release, where lawful. For Grand prize, if Affidavit/Release is not received by the date listed on the notification, or if a potential winner is found to be ineligible or not in compliance with these Official Rules, or any prize notification or prize is returned as undeliverable, prize will be forfeited and, at Sponsor's discretion, awarded to an alternate. Weekly prizes will be shipped directly to the winners via US Postal Service and/or express mail. Return of prize as undeliverable or unclaimed prizes will result in disqualification and prize will be forfeited and may not be awarded. In the event of a dispute as to the identity of any entrant, the authorized account holder of the email address used to enter will be deemed to be the entrant. The "authorized account holder" is the natural person who is assigned to the email address/service. If the email address associated with an entry is no longer in service, or a response is not received for any other reason, the prize will be forfeited and may be awarded to an alternate winner. No cash redemption, except, as otherwise specified herein, substitution or transfer of prize permitted. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute, in whole or in part, prize of equal or greater value if the stated Prize becomes unavailable. All federal, state and local taxes on Prize are the sole responsibility of the winner. Acceptance of prize constitutes winner's agreement and permission for Sponsor, Mpire Creative and each of their agencies to use winner's name/likeness for advertising and trade purposes in any and all media without further notice or compensation, unless prohibited by law. By participating in and/or accepting prize Sweepstakes, entrants agree to: (a) be bound by these official rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which shall be final and binding in all respects; and (b) to release and forever discharge and covenant not to sue Sponsor, Mpire Creative, participating retailers, and each of their respective parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, distributors, bottlers, agents and promotion and advertising agencies, and the employees, directors and officers of each of the foregoing entities ("Released Parties"), from any and all claims, demands, damages, losses and liabilities, of any nature whatsoever, which they may now or hereafter assert, including but not limited to, claims for injury, death, damages, or illness arising out of or relating to or claimed to be arising out of or relating to Sweepstakes entry, preparing for or traveling to any prize-related activity, prize acceptance, or use or misuse of the prize or any product or prize certificate awarded including, without limitation, personal injury, death and property damage. Sponsor and its agents are not responsible for any printing or other errors in Sweepstakes-related material. Released Parties are not responsible for mechanical, technical, human or other errors relating to or in connection with the Sweepstakes, including, without limitation, errors which may occur in connection with the administration of the Sweepstakes, the processing or judging of entries, the announcement of the prizes or in any Sweepstakes-related materials. Should any portion of the Sweepstakes be, in Sponsor's sole opinion, compromised by non-authorized human intervention or other causes which, in the sole opinion of the Sponsor, corrupt or impair the administration, security, fairness, or submission of entries, Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion to suspend, modify or terminate the Sweepstakes and, in the event of termination, select the potential winner(s) in a random drawing from all eligible, non-suspect entries received prior to such action. This Sweepstakes will be governed by the laws of the State of New York and by entering you consent to exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the courts of The State of New York and located in Nassau County for the resolution of any disputes or claims.
